Description
Dementia is the progression of short term memory loss - functions & all aspects of life are affected. My mum - 84. It's hard to put into an image of all the things that are changing for her & me. It's a topsy turvy world where she has become my child & I the parent. She lives with me & I love her dearly!

Such a powerful and sad image, Hazel. My mom didn't know me at the end. I know what you are going thru.

Amazing image, Hazel. I can only imagine how difficult it was to create this, much less your situation at home. Very powerful and emotional, I found this quite affecting. God bless you and your Mother, you are indeed a strong and wonderful daughter. v/f

Hazel, this is so powerful and thoughprovoking. She is lucky though, in the middle of her confusion, to have a loving daughter who cares! fv
